Delivery Options

Most items are delivered Monday to Friday between 8.00AM and 6.00PM, or Saturday between 8.00AM and 12 Midday, dependent on the delivery service selected in the checkout process.

If the item that you have ordered indicates a delivery time of more than 5 working days, or it is an item requiring a specialist two man delivery, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate Saturday deliveries for the specialist two man delivery service.

Collection

If it is more convenient, you are able to collect your purchase from our warehouse in Paddock Wood, Kent. Contact our Sales Team on 08454 606 006 to confirm that your purchase is available for collection. Any delivery cost charged in the checkout will be refunded upon collection. Goods can be collected Monday to Friday, between 10.00AM and 4.00PM.

Tracking Your Delivery

Upon despatch of your order, you will usually receive an email confirming the despatch details. Within the email, you will be given details of the consignment number and the courier used, with a link to the courier tracking page.
