Ordering

How do I place an order online?

Ordering online couldn't be easier, Once you have found the product you wish to purchase click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

If you want to buy another product click on the "Continue Shopping" button and select your additional products as described above.

Once you have completed your selections, review them in the Shopping Basket and click on the "Go To Checkout" button. This will now pass your purchase to the secure checkout area of the TV Furniture World website. Once you enter the checkout, note that the address bar within your browser will show 'https' at the beginning of the page address and the padlock symbol will appear within the browser confirming the secure status of the page.

On the first page of the checkout you will need to confirm your shipping destination.

On the next page of the checkout you will be asked to fill in the cardholder's Name, Address and Contact Details. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to an enhanced service. Once you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next stage.

If you selected the separate delivery address option earlier in the checkout process, you will now be asked to fill in the address details. If you invoice address and delivery address are the same, you will not see these fields. After this you simply need to confirm your payment method.

If you selected the "Payment by Credit Card" option, you will be passed to the payment pages to complete the transaction. During the process you may be asked to 'authenticate' your card with the 3D Secure scheme. If you do not participate in this scheme, simply select "Skip 3D Secure" and proceed to the conclusion of the transaction.

If you selected the "Paypal" option, simply follow the process through the Paypal pages. At the end of the process you will return to the TV Furniture World Receipt page.

If you selected the "Payment by Phone" option you will be passed immediately to the receipt page. You will then receive a call from our Sales Team who will take your payment details over the phone in order to complete the transaction.

Can I order over the phone?

Of course. We have a friendly, dedicated sales team waiting for your call on 08454 606 006. Our phone lines are open 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.30am - 4.00pm on Fridays. Lines are closed bank holidays, however online ordering is available 24/7.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, VISA Debit and American Express.

If you have a Paypal account, we welcome payment by this method.

If you are more comfortable making your payment over the telephone, please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Team on 08454 606 006 - a representative will be happy to take your details.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your purchase at any time throughout the online order process by clicking on the "Cancel" button.

If you have already gone through the order process but have now changed your mind about purchasing the product, please call our Customer Service Team on 08454 606 006 at the earliest opportunity. Alternatively, please email our Customer Services Team at customercare@tvfurnitureworld.co.uk and a representative will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

If you have received your order, but wish to cancel it, please follow our Returns procedure.

Delivery & Despatch

When will I receive my order?

We will despatch your order right away, subject to availability. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days.

If your item is not in stock, it will be automatically ordered for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TV Furniture World use a number of national UK carriers to fulfill despatch of customer orders.The despatch services we can offer include the following -

Delivery to another address

We are able to deliver to a separate delivery address (for example, a work address). Simply check the "Alternative Delivery Address" box on the first page of the checkout and complete the delivery address details when prompted during the checkout process.

Delivery Overseas

Delivery to a BFPO address

We are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, but unfortunately there are some restrictions. Due the constraints of the BFPO system, we are only able to despatch parcels that are under 1 metre in length and under 30kg.

If you wish to receive your purchase at a BFPO address, please contact our Sales Team on 08454 606 006 or by email at sales@tvfurnitureworld.co.uk to check that your consignment will be suitable for despatch.

If it is not possible to despatch to the BFPO address, we will be happy to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

What happens if i'm out?

If you are out when an attempt at delivery is made, the courier will leave a card. Simply contact the courier to arrange an alternative delivery date. The courier will hold the consignment at the depot for five days pending contact. If it is more convenient, you may arrange to collect your consignment from the depot.

Due to the high value of our products, a signature will be required when you receive the goods. Therefore, we are unable to arrange for items to be left unattended by our couriers. We can, however, arrange for items to be delivered to a neighbour if you foresee that you may be out at the time of delivery. Simply complete your delivery instructions in the "Special Delivery Instructions" box within the checkout. If we are unable to fulfill these instructions, you will receive a telephone call from our Sales Team to discuss any alternatives.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom as well as UK offshore Islands and Northern and The Republic of Ireland.

Please note that some areas may take a little longer for delivery due to the logistics involved.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return the product to us, will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less carriage, provided that it is returned to us within fourteen days of receipt. The returned item must be in an unmarked and saleable condition and with its original packaging.

In order to return the item you must complete our Online Returns Form

How do I exchange an Item?

Firstly you will need to contact us by e-mail or by calling our Customer Services Team on 08454 606 006 to arrange collection of the exchange item and delivery of the new item. A refund or additional charge will be processed to settle any difference between the value of the original order against the new item.

Collection and delivery charges may be levied, dependent on the circumstances of the exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

When your order is delivered, if the packaging of any product received appears to be in a damaged condition, you must indicate this on the courier's consignment note when you sign for the consignment. If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify TV Furniture World within 3 days of receipt by e-mail or by calling our Customer Services Team on 08454 606 006.

Our representative will then arrange the delivery of a replacement part at the earliest opportunity.

It is the customer's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier's consignment note and report any shortages to TV Furniture World within 3 days of receipt by e-mail or by calling our Customer Services Team on 08454 606 006.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify TV Furniture World of any incorrect goods supplied or shortages within 3 days of receipt by e-mail or by calling our Customer Services Team on 08454 606 006.

TV Furniture World will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date by e-mail or by calling our Customer Services Team on 08454 606 006.

The packaging of all goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery. Any damage to the packaging must be noted on the courier consignment sheet. Failure to do so may result in neither TV Furniture World nor our couriers being held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.

Refund Policy

All our customers have the option to return their goods within fourteen days of receiving their order, if they're not satisfied with it.

The purchase price, less carriage will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in regards to the return of the unwanted goods. Please refer to our Returns policy for information regarding how to return an item to us.

You also have the option to exchange your product for an item of the same value.

TV Furniture World will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality.

Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

What we don't sell

TV Furniture World and The Stand & Deliver Group are regarded as experts in the audio and visual furniture sector and, as we specialise in this area, we do not sell the TV's or HI-FI's themselves. However, our sales team has a wide knowledge of AV equipment and will be able to advise our customers on what furniture is best suited to their TV.
